A superb base for the 2010 British Open Golf Championship, held at St Andrews from July 15th -18th July 2010. From Newburgh it is a picturesque 30 minute drive to the 2010 British Golf Open, at St Andrews.
Parkhill Mill, The Furze and Meadowsweet Farmhouses and Ochil cottage, are in a magnificent elevated setting next to the River Tay, and close to all amenities in Newburgh. They are in easy reach of St Andrews, and only 10 miles from the qualifying rounds for The British Open Golf Championship held at the 100 year old Ladybank Golf Course. The famous Gleneagles Hotel with it's magnificent golf courses is only 30 minutes by car. During your stay at our luxury properties you can play rounds of golf at Gleneagles' courses, you can attend the qualifying sessions for the British Golf Open at Ladybank, and then have a magnicent long weekend at the 2010 British Golf Open Championship, at St Andrews.
If you don't want to spend all your time at the British Golf Open 2010 at St Andrews there is great shopping and entertainment in nearby Perth, Dundee and Edinburgh, all easily accessed from Newburgh via the motorway networks which are only 10 minutes away.
